This is  the privacy policy for the websites of Dynniq Group B.V. and its affiliated companies (“Dynniq”). Dynniq Group B.V. is a private limited company under Dutch law with its registered office in Amersfoort at Basicweg 16, 3821 BR Amersfoort (the Netherlands).
When visiting our websites it is possible that certain personal data of you is collected and processed. Because we consider the protection of your privacy and personal data to be very important, we ensure that our operations are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

1. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Dynniq is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

2. For what purposes do we process your personal data?
a. To respond to your requests and keep you informed: We process your personal data when you fill in our contact form and request more information about Dynniq, its projects, or its activities. For this purpose, we may process personal details such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, language preference and the project or region in which you are interested.
Depending on the individual case, these personal data is processed on the basis of your unambiguous consent, the execution of an agreement with you or on the basis of your request for preparatory steps before concluding an agreement.
b. To answer your questions and exchange info
If you ask us questions by e-mail or telephone, we will process your personal data with the aim to answer these questions.
For this purpose we may process personal data such as your name, your company, your position, your address, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your correspondence with Dynniq and all other personal data that are relevant to answering your questions.
Depending on the individual case, these personal data will be processed on the basis of your request to take preparatory steps before concluding an agreement, the execution of an agreement already entered into or on the basis of the legitimate interest of Dynniq to inform you about projects and products.
c. For the technical and functional management of the websites
We process certain personal data for the technical and functional support of our websites in order to ensure that the website offers you an optimal user experience and ensure security.
For this purpose, we may process personal data such as your IP address, the pages you visit, the browser used, geographic data (e.g. your location), your preferred language and the time and duration of your visit. 3. Who has access to your personal data?
We will not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary to comply with implementation obligations (e.g. hosting website) or if the law or an (administrative) court order requires us to do so. In the event of implementation obligations, Dynniq will ensure, in accordance with legislation and regulations, applicable processor agreements whereby the security of your personal data is guaranteed by the processor.

4. How is your personal data protected?
To protect your personal data against unintentional or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access, Dynniq uses technical and organizational security measures, such as firewalls and secure servers. Dynniq will protect the personal data, whereby 100% (data) security does not exist. The aim of the measures is therefore to reduce risks to an acceptable level.

5. How long will your personal data be stored for the aforementioned purposes?
As soon as the storage of the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, these will be destroyed. For the purposes of technical and functional management of the website, the data will not be stored for more than 1 year after the visit of the website, unless specific circumstances require a longer storage period.

6. What about links to other websites or social media?
Our websites may contain references or links (e.g. hyperlinks) to other websites. It is also possible that you refer to Dynniq or Dynniq content on social media. Dynniq is not responsible for the processing of personal data via these websites or social media. Neither the privacy policy nor the cookie policy of Dynniq apply.

7. How can you contact us to exercise your rights?
You always have the right to inspect the personal data that Dynniq processes from you, to correct your personal data or to oppose you against processing it for direct marketing purposes (if applicable).
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you always have the right to revoke this consent without affecting the legitimacy of the processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

Questions or comments about the Dynniq policy on the protection of personal data can be sent to the same e-mail address.

This privacy policy can be changed, e.g. when new features on the website necessitate other processing. Any future changes to the way in which we have organized the protection of personal data will be published on our website through this privacy policy.
